Henry Whitlow is a Harvard MBA, business architect, and Founder of the National Association of Data Center Readiness (NADCR). He brings decades of executive leadership experience across semiconductor development, data center strategy, organizational effectiveness, executive education, entrepreneurship, and international business development.

Henry has contributed to the planning, development, and advancement of more than 70 semiconductor and data center initiatives. His work is recognized for disciplined execution, strategic thinking, relationship-centered leadership, and a practical understanding of the technical, operational, financial, and stakeholder requirements necessary for successful infrastructure development. As Senior Strategic Advisor for Strategic Solutions Center, Henry provides executive guidance in AI infrastructure, data center readiness, semiconductor strategy, site evaluation, public-private collaboration, infrastructure planning, and stakeholder alignment. His experience helps communities, institutions, economic development organizations, and strategic partners understand what is required to move complex infrastructure opportunities from vision to executable readiness.
